We commence with a “Bid Launch” that agrees the Bid Team’s actions and timescales to ensure the bid is the best it can be. The launch meeting has a set agenda that covers all the bases, from project logistics, programme, delivery team, buildability, supply chain, health and safety, value engineering and alternative solutions. We will review and discuss the bid submission medium, from the document style to the use of 4D animations to best present the offer.
Interim meetings are held to review the actions and timescales, allowing flexibility in the bid approach and ensuring that all options are explored and, where appropriate, implemented. The conclusion is the Bid Settlement meeting, where agreement is reached with the relevant Directors / Managers on the desired level of return from the bid, and an action plan as to how to achieve it.

We will consider any Non-Executive Director Roles within any Main Contractor or Supply Chain business, bringing over 40 years of construction experience to the role - including over 20 years in Senior Management / Director positions.
